You will work closely with businesses using EPOS systems, payment dashboards, and card machines\u2014ensuring they have a smooth experience and get maximum value from our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You\u2019ll Do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for client queries and support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist clients in onboarding and using payment systems effectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams such as product, support, and engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nice to Have<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in fintech, payment systems, or EPOS platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of dashboards, reporting tools, or data analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in client-facing or support roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with CRM tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You\u2019ll Work On<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Client onboarding and account management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment solutions support (online and in-person)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merchant dashboards and reporting tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ongoing client communication and issue resolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit your resume highlighting your experience in account management or client support.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role Tectah is looking for an Account Specialist to manage and support relationships with our clients using payment solutions.
