You will work on products such as EPOS systems, payment dashboards, and card machine interfaces\u2014designing solutions that help businesses accept payments, manage operations, and grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role requires a strong balance of user experience, visual design, and product thinking, with the ability to turn complex payment workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery to delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design intuitive user experiences for payment flows, dashboards, and merchant tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to and maintain Tectah\u2019s design system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously improve the user experience through data and feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with payment systems, fintech, or EPOS platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of interaction design and micro-interactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in agile product teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of front-end development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Work On<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment processing flows (online &amp; in-person)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merchant dashboards and analytics tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EPOS systems for retail and F&amp;B businesses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Card machine interfaces and payment experiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit your resume and portfolio showcasing your design process and recent work.
